On a scrapbook page I can just see this cut file of a Dandelion accenting photos of a little one discovering for the first time the simple joy of a dandelion blown into the wind.

I love how a background looks on a scrapbook page. It really makes the pages pop by adding a layer of dimension behind your photos rather than just a blank sheet of flat paper. This could also be cut smaller and used as a background for the front of a card or as a fancy photo mat on a scrapbook page. You can even use the negative spaces (the area that is cut out) as a vine accent on your projects. So nothing goes to waste with this one. If you use this as a background you can use small pop dots to pop certain areas up and even accent them with a touch of sparkle or shimmer or chalk. Add some little flowers here and there to this butterfly vine to give is a more whimsical look. This can be used for many styles.
